Discover how fun and easy making tamales and salsa can be.
This hands-on, live-streaming class will teach you step-by-step everything you need to know to make better than most restaurant tamales.
We will soften the corn husks, prep your fillings, prepare your masa; and form, fill, and wrap your tamales. As you put them on the stove to steam, you'll make a fresh salsa to enjoy with your warm tamales.
At the end of class, you'll have fresh salsa and a dozen steamed-to-perfection tamales to enjoy!

- Masa Harina (available in the flour aisle)
- Corn husks - (usually in the produce dept.)
- Vegetable Oil
- Warm Water
- Salt and Pepper
- Stock Pot with (optional) steamer insert
- Mixing Bowl
- Large Spoon
- Cutting Board
- Kitchen Knife
- Tongs
- Tomatoes
- White Onion
- Cilantro/Parsley
- A filling of your choice: Shredded Cooked Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Cheese and Green Chilies
